Shipping and Returns
Shipping to most of the UK will be free (excluding Saturday delivery and Northern Ireland). We will charge £15 for shipping to Northern Ireland and £15 for Saturday delivery.
We can arrange shipping to other countries outside of the UK. Please email email@example.com for specific details.
If you order before 2pm, we will aim to provide next working day delivery (excluding UK bank holidays). Any orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following working day. Please note, orders made after 2pm Thursday will be dispatched on the Friday for delivery on the Monday and orders made after 2pm Friday will reach you on the following Tuesday.
We unfortunately cannot guarantee next day delivery the following areas: Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man- you may have to wait 2 working days for your delivery. Sometimes our delivery partners experience unexpected delays but we will always do our best to rectify this as quickly as possible.
If for any reason you change your mind about your Nought scooter, you will have 14days from when you receive the scooter to let us know. The scooter must be unused. You will be responsible for the return of the electric scooter back to our UK warehouse. If you decide to refuse the delivery you will automatically be charged for the return shipping back to us.
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please let us know straight away by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, attaching details and photos of the fault.
If your Nought scooter develops a manufacturing fault through normal use (as outlined in the manufacturer’s manual) within 30 days of receiving the scooter, please email us at email@example.com, quoting your order number and attaching photos and details of the fault. We will arrange for it to be returned to us for repairs and then shipped back out to you.
