Giveaway T&C's

Eligibility: This giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 or over. No purchase is necessary; however, internet access and a valid email address are required.

How to Enter: To enter the prize draw participants must sign up to the Nought newsletter by visiting the landing page https://nought.tech/pages/new-dawn-orange and completing the online form to provide your details (first name and email address). Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person. Maximum of 1 prize per person.

Giveaway Period: The prize draw begins at 00.01 BST on the 15th December 2022 and ends at 23.59 BST on the 30th April 2024 inclusive. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

Prize: The winner will receive 1 x Nought.One electric scooter in New Dawn Orange with special graphics valued at £999.The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives. The prize will be available for home delivery.

Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from the pool of eligible entries. The winner will be notified via email to the email address provided upon entry within 5 days of the giveaway closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

Images: Images showing the prizes on social media, newsletters or www.nought.tech are just representations; the actual prize might differ. The promotion doesn't imply any endorsement or recommendation of the product offered as a prize.

Publicity: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to the use of their name (and any image or footage they may take of their prize) for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, social media, marketing materials, and press releases.

Changes to the giveaway: Nought reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes will be notified to participants as soon as possible.

General Conditions: Nought reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms and conditions or is contrary to the spirit of the giveaway. The decision of Nought regarding any aspect of the giveaway is final and binding. It is currently only legal to ride electric scooters on private land in the UK. It is illegal to ride electric scooters on public roads.
